TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read the terms and conditions of our services carefully before purchasing a package/paying a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
By purchasing a package/paying a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions outlined below.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. Deposits are non-refundable, transferrable and cannot be exchanged for a credit note. Bookings cannot be held/confirmed without a deposit.
The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the confirmed booking date.
We do not accept cash as a form of payment/payment on the actual day of setup.
Payment methods include, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, Afterpay and Laybuy.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
We require a 1 week notice for all booking cancellations.
Cancellations outside of this notice period will receive a refund excluding the deposit amount.
No refund will be issued for bookings that have been cancelled within 1 week of the confirmed setup/delivery/pick up day.
No refund will be issued for bookings cancelled due to Covid restrictions. Covid is no longer an unknown or unforeseen event. Clients have the options of rescheduling their booking or receiving a credit note of the same value as their booking which is valid for up to 12 months.
DELIVERY, SETUP & PACK DOWN
Delivery, setup and pack down charges will be calculated and varies depending on the location.
The latest time we pack down/collect our props is 9pm. All pack downs/collections later than this time will incur an after-hour fee, which is calculated based on event end time - please ensure event has ended and props are ready to be packed down at the time advised.
RENTAL PROPS
All rental props require a refundable bond. The bond amount varies for each rental item depending on its value.
Bond will only be refunded upon inspection that the prop has been returned/collected in the same condition that it had been picked up/delivered.
Please allow up to 2 days for the bond refund to be processed.
ID is required for all rental props and needs to be provided upon booking.
All props used in a setup/hired by a client will be considered the clients responsibility. Therefore, the client will need to ensure that all props are taken care of. In the event that our props are damaged/lost whilst in the clients care, the bond will be forfeited and the total cost of repair/replacement of the prop will be charged to the client.
If total costs exceed the bond amount, the client will be charged the balance required to repair/replace the damaged/lost prop/s.
